Rupp Cheese has been made for nearly 100 years and is one of the most delicious cheeses you’re likely to eat.

 

Josef Rupp, the company founder began producing this beautiful cheese at age 13, using the money he made to pay his fees at the Swiss Dairy School he attended and we know how good the Swiss are at making cheese. From here he went to produce various cheeses, growing the business into a successful worldwide exporter. 3 generations later we have Mini Mooh, the result of the Rupp families dedication and passion for cheese.
